I just checked my credit card and the refund posted this morning right after I received an email from the person at Bridgevine so reading through prior posts and comments was extremely helpful and the person offering the assistance from the company did in fact solve my issue-lesson learned though!

I emailed a company representative that had posted to other complaints about Bridgevine offering assistance and he emailed me back the next morning and referred my complaint to someone who would review the tape and research the wrong information. She also emailed me and told me the credit had been processed and would appear soon on my credit card and she would look into the other issue of the wrong information so I will update when I get the credit but it was something!
