Okay, several week ago I came across the BrokerOutpost.com and posted in an annoucement section regarding and excellent new product our company Fresh Leads Unite. Darron is the owner of the site. So what Darron soes is login as every fake ficticious name he had on his list and posted false information regarding my comapny claiming that http://www.FLunite.com and http://www.OpticBurst.com are frauds. After a weekend of being spooned by Darron and his wackey clan of followers we had proved Darron to be a fraud on his own site posting evidence that this guy Darron and the brokerOutpost.com trys to corner the mortgage broker live lead transfer industry by nocking everyone who is not with them. Suck poor judgement from this so called business man. Definition of business charactor is a serious matter and can not be taken lightly. My company has an honest rebutation as being a christian founded communications provider and marketer. After looking at the BrokerOutpost today, I see maybe these guys got scared and ran for the hills on this one. They have been selling there clients non fcc compliant live lead transfers. I have been a member of Broker Outpost for over two years. This site has aided me immensely in providing service for my clients. The author, Terry, has incorrectly presented his position. Darin is the owner/developer of the website. He is not a lead provider or anything else. The premium membership is not a lead generation program. Darkstar is not Darin. Darkstar (Steve) lives in Kentucky. I have talked to him about leads a number of times. Darin lives in Las Vegas and does not supply leads. Broker Outpost has very strict standards of behavior. People are banned for violations of that behavior. Terry has some type of agenda against Broker Outpost. Perhaps he was banned for violating the standards of action, or else he desires to ruin Darkstar's business so he can take over. I would highly advise that anyone reading Terry's post take it with not just a grain of salt, but a trainload of salt instead.

The first thing I'd note is that there are precisely two reports about Broker Outpost and Darin Ferraro on this site... both of them posted by the same guy who identifies himself as Terry Henderson from NY. The other can be found at this link: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/320/RipOff0320146.htm The reason I mention this is because his latest rant is "signed" at the bottom by someone named "Perry" from Ohio. Am I the only one who finds that odd? Terry/Perry says that Darin talked him into buying a premium membership for the purpose of then, apparently, buying leads and trashing other companies in some kind of chatrooms. I think Mr. Terry/Perry is confused. I've never seen Darin selling leads on the Outpost and I've been there almost since Day 1. Mr. Terry/Perry also claims that Darin owns a site called flippingfrenzy.com That's another piece of inaccurate information. I thought pretty much everyone in the mortgage business knew that the Flipping Frenzy site belongs to Ralph Roberts. Ralph is a long time crusader against mortgage fraud. He has several published books on the subject. Mr. Terry/Perry seems to have a problem providing accurate facts... not to mention he doesn't seem to know his own true identity. Terry
