Our van was hit in the parking lot of Brookdale Dodge while still in the care of the dealership. The following events occured throughout the three weeks after our vehicle was damaged:

1. A Sales Manager was at the dealership at the time of the accident. He promised us our vehicle would be fixed fixed ASAP. It took over three weeks of continual follow-up with Brookdale Dodge to get my vehicle fixed.

2. The same Sales Manager gave us a free loaner car, Dodge Neon, with the promise of calling us as soon as a larger car came in (so we could fit our car seat). Although I called and left messages with him over the three weeks, I never recieved a call back from him nor did they EVER give us a larger vehicle.

3. The dealership dropped off our vehicle at the Brookdale Collision Center and did not inform them of what needed to be done with the vehicle. A FULL week later, our van was sitting in the collision center parking lot and they had NO IDEA who it belonged to!!! Only after I did a followup call with Beth at the collision center did they start working on my van.

4. Brookdale Dodge asked me to file a claim with my insurance, which I unknowingly did. Three weeks later, my insurance was in touch with Brookdale Dodge's insurance. I was told by Federated, Brookdale Dodge's insurance, that they (Brookdale) should have put it a claim under their insurance since we were in no way involved in the accident.

5. I wrote a letter to Perry Watson, owner of Brookdale Dodge, explaining the events that happened and informing him we would never do business with his dealership/collision center again, nor recommend his dealdership/collision center to anyone. He called me back and left a message. However, when I called back and returned his call, I never heard back from him.

I was completely disappointed in their lack of accountability and responsibility for this accident. I will not bring our van back to their dealership under any circumstances based on how poorly they treated us.

I have since switched to a different dealership for all of my servicing needs.
