April 15, 2011 DECISION AND ORDER:
In the case of Napoleon Grier Enterprises, Inc against Next Up Funding (NY Supreme Court, Case # 650945-11) Bruce Baldinger was found guilty of being in violation of NY Judiciary 487 - "Practicing Law in the State of NY without maintaining an office".  This violation alone may subject Bruce Baldinger to immediate suspension to practice law and the legal profession is accountable for expediting this process.

How many victims in NY did Bruce Baldinger make over the last 5 years while being in violation of this rule? How much damage has he caused to innocent people while trying to sue them in NY for millions or tens of millions of dollars in violation of F.R.C.P. Rule 11 (Filing Frivolous Lawsuits). How many lawsuits will follow now as against Bruce Baldinger and The NYS Bar Association that let him practice corruption in violation of this rule?

Read the above link and decide for yourself the following:
1. Did Bruce Baldinger lie to a NY State Supreme Court Judge?
2. Does Bruce Baldinger have something to hide?
3. Is Bruce Baldinger a threat to the public? A threat to the legal profession? To judges?
4. How many judges in NY or NJ knew Bruce Baldinger was engaging in Abuse of Process, filing frivolous lawsuits, filing malicious or wrong-jurisidictional lawsuits and let him get away with it?

6. How many people in the legal profession knew of the multiple mental illnesses that Bruce Baldinger has been diagnosed with and struggling to conceal from the public and legal profession?

If you read the book referenced in the last link just above this sentence you will learn that lawyers have the highest rate of suicide, depression, alcoholism and other mental disorders than any other profession. Why? Well according to the Judge who wrote the book attorneys who "cut corners, lie, deceive their clients, courts, or engage in irregular billing practices (cheating), bring about these mental deficiencies upon themselves."

Depression, anxiety or bipolar sets it - but there is always prior cause - ethics misconduct.  Suicide, narcissistic behavior, alcohol or medication dependency follow in short order as self-help remedies but these never really gives the conscious relief or cure anything - it just masks and conceals the psychological pain whilst widening and greasing the rails toward a more rapid downward spiral."
