Hello,
This article has been brought to my attention, and I would like to comment on some of the statements made towards our company. When I spoke to this client, I told him that he didnt purchase an Opt-In campaign(On an opt-in campaign, we guarantee 10% Views/Opens) and that we never stated that we guarantee a 10% click rate, that our guarantee is for views / opens of the email. To accomplish this, we continue to send past the purchased amount until our tracking system reports that the minimum views that we specify is achieved. Sometimes we have to send 2x to 3x more than the purchased amount to achieve these numbers due to content of a message or subject line used, but we stick with our guarantee and do accomplish this.
This customer reported he spent $399 on this opt-in campaign, but if you look at our Services Section on our website under Email Marketing Campaigns or follow this link http://www.americaint.com/email-marketing-campaigns/email-marketing-services.html you will see we have the offer to send out 2 million emails for the cost of $399.
At the top of our website, you will see the section Guaranteed Traffic and a link called Opt-In Email Marketing which is linked here http://www.americaint.com/guaranteed-traffic/opt-in-email-marketing.html . On this page the cost to do a 2 million Opt-In Email campaign is $699.99 and we guarantee a 10% view / open rate which is roughly 200,000 or more views for the campaign.
I believe there was a misunderstanding on what the client believed he ordered and when I tried to explain it to him, he accused our company as fraud. I told this client I am willing to re-run his campaign, help him with his message content and subject lines to help achieve better results but at this point the client didnt want to hear anything else I had to say, and insisted that he wanted his money back. I told this client that all services he purchased had been rendered and completed as promised and I was still willing to re-run this campaign.
On the matter of how we acquire our consumer list as described is false and has no basis. We have relationships with data providers who gather these emails based on surveys and opt-in forms that give special promotions when they are making purchases to be contacted for other deals and products. We do however have a Software called SuperSonic in our Software section on our website under the link Email Extractor Software which is located here http://www.americaint.com/email-extractor/best-bulk-email-extractor.html and when a client contacts us needing very specific keyword targeting to create a list, we collect the most relevant keywords from the client and do an extraction.
The results from these extractions can vary in the amount of emails gathered, anywhere from 1,000 40,000 emails of very precisely targeted emails based upon the keywords provided. Out of my three years at this company, I can only recall two instances where a client complained about the results of these extraction, and we rectified it by running another extraction and working with the client on coming up with better keywords to use.
If this client is still out there and keeping tabs on this article, I would like to attempt to amend any bad taste in their mouth of our company and do a free email campaign and show that we are not a scam / fraudulent company.
