Brad Burggraf and I spoke several times to order and schedule the replacement of my windshiled on my 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe.
They came to my home to install the new windshied in the driveway and when installing the new windshield they damaged my car. Shane Dison, cut a guage into the headliner with what looked like a box knife when he was removing the old windshield. He tried to glue it back in place with what looks and feels like superglue.
They smudged black tar-like windshield glue on the headliner and I smeared it with my hand when I was inspecting the repair. Brad and Shane used a harsh chemical cleaner to try to clean up the glue and damaged the rearview mirror base and left a big stain on the headliner. They also gauged the exterior paint when they removed the windshield on both sides of the windshield on the trim and on the car.
They left shards of glass all over the interior dash of the car and it was sucked into the air conditioning system.
The estimate I have to repair the damage is
Paint and headliner repair $2,631.54
Car rental $1,042.04
Car detailing $125.00
When I tried to talk to the owner, Brad Burggraf to request business insurance, he told me it wasn't his fault and that I should "get in line" if I was going to sue him.
I believe this business operates with no insurance.
