First I'd like to make it clear that BuyRight is not associated with the sweepstakes clearinghouse nor the secured credit card offer mentioned above. In response to the complaint on BuyRight I'd like to highlight the fact that Faye has not used our services and her complaint, I believe, is limitted to her payment being presented to her bank twice. We do have a policy of re-sbumitting checks if they do not clear on the intial attempt. Almost every bank does this automatically - this is standard. If the second attempt fails, the bank notifies us and we make contact with our customer to arrange for an alternative payment method. We are not able to (nor would we want to) resubmit payments that have stop payments placed on them. Had Faye simply contacted us, we would not have submitted her initial payment, let alone resubmitted it. Every returned check costs us $15.
