Short Story: Don't order anything from this company. You will never receive it. The owner is rude and never appears concerned. Lies openly. Worst customer service experience of my life.

Long Story:

I see now that my situation with this company is not unique. Placed an order on 5/16/2014. I never received a confirmation email. Originally I sent an email stating that I didn't receive the confirmation and asking for verification that my order was received and an estimated shipping date if possible.

2 weeks passed and no response. I messaged the company on twitter asking if someone could check the email. No response again though I could see that the page was posting updates and other activity. 

Finally messaged them on facebook on 5/31/14. They responded, "send an email to [email protected]." I replied that I did already and had no response. Received a very curt response that it would be addressed on Monday.

Of course Monday came and went. I messaged them again on Tuesday 6/3/14. Recieved the response "Orders shipping today."

I waited patiently but received nothing. On 6/19/14 I messaged him again. Two weeks had passed since the date he told me it would ship.

This time he responded that he had a car accident. Mind you he was posting twitter messages this whole time. Told me he was in the emergency room. He had been in the emergency room for two weeks. Was being released that day. (Isn't that convenient?)

At this point I requested a refund (still 6/19/14). He stated that they don't issue refunds. The "About" section on the webpage has a section on refunds saying they do, but ok. Honestly i would rather just have my order and have the whole thing behind me. he told me to expect it in 72 hours.

He messaged me on 6/22/14 asking for my info saying it would ship momentarily never mind that i was told to expect within 72 hours on 6/19/14. He actually told me this order isn't overdue yet. (This is over a month after the order was placed) He told me it isn't actually due for two weeks.

...On 7/7/14 i message again foolishly asking for a status. This time I'm told i will receive tracking that night. I'm skeptical. But I actually do receive a 2-day Priority tracking number. It's the kind you buy online without actually delivering anything but it's something. I am told again to expect it within 72 hours.

I message him on 7/12/14. Strangely there is still no tracking info available on a 2-day Priority package that allegedly shipped 5 days ago. I'm told that it stays that way until it's delivered. Does he think he is the only person that has ever mailed anything?

Today is 7/16/14. A full week after I received the 2-day tracking info. USPS tracking says they still have not received the package to ship. 

Finally gave up today and requested a charge back from the credit card company.

I ordered from you as well and you told me the same thing "reason it took so long to send it because of car accident" you are a lier I hope you go out of business

For future customers, (I would NEVER buy anything from this company again), the issue is not even the delivery time. It's the lying. If he told me it would take another month or two I would have waited patiently. Instead I was lied to over and over for months.

He told me on July 8th (after the alleged car accident) to expect it in 72 hours which came and went just like every other promise date without even be contacted. I had to contact HIM 8 days later when nothing came. 

On July 16th the 2 day priority envelope was allegedly "en route" according to him. Of course weeks passed and nothing arrived.

Of course I chose not to believe statement #6 after statements 1-5 turned out to be lies. What reasonable person would?  

The item was not actually mailed until August. Almost 3 MONTHS after the order, 2 weeks AFTER i filed this report and requested a charge from the credit card company.

I guess the bright side is that he will eventually send the items, when it suits him and after causing the highest possible amount of frustration and hassle for the customer. So..thanks I guess.

 

And there are 14 painfully similar complaints on the Better Business Bureau over multiple years. All car accidents I'm sure.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID this business!

The delay, as was explained, was due to a car accident. Customer chose not to believe the truth.
