Callan's Puppy Palace Running puppy mill but because their physical address is not matching above nothing police can do, they sold me sick animals & genetic mix breeds for supposedly registered (ACA) DO NOT EVER BUY A PUP OR DOG WITH ACA REGISTRATION IT'S A RIPOFF AND A PHONY ASSOCIATION!!! BELOW IS THE EMAIL I SENT POLICE AS OF NOW THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING BUT I WILL BRING HER TO JUSTICE IF I HAVE TO DO IT ALONE!
I was recently looking for a pet chihuahua puppy in the Daily Oklahoman and I came across an ad for a reasonablly priced puppy, so I called and she gave me directions to her home in Hinton Oklahoma, which I drove to from Oklahoma City. I got there and found her breeding business Callan's Puppy Palace to be a broken filthy unkept trailer where she keeps her pregnant dogs.
There were roaches and gunk covering puppies for sale in cages stacked on top of one another. The other dogs were keep in a metal storage/shed building. She has 250+ small breed dogs and 50 large breed dogs there as well, proably donig the same to them! They were starving and covered in fecal matter from the animals above them. I have met other people who have bought from her, either because they felt sorry for the puppy or felt it needed a better life. Not only is this inhumane she is breeding these dogs to death. There has to be something you can do, I would appreciate your reply.

CYNTHIA CALLAN Certificate: 73-B-0222 Inspection Type: ROUTINE INSPECTION JAN-22-2002 Date: Section 3.6(a)(2)(xi) - Primary enclosures for dogs and cats must provide enough space to allow the animal to stand, sit, and lie in a comfortable, normal position. There are 8 enclosures in the # 4 facility that have 4 dogs per enclosure, 4 of these enclosures measure 3 ft. x 3 ft. and 4 enclosures measure 3 ft. x 4 ft. , and does not provide adequate space for the dogs. These dogs shall be provided larger enclosures in which exceed the minimum space requirement for each breed or size of dog housed in that enclosure. TO BE CORRECTED BY: 24 Jan. 2002. You should email this lady : [email protected] She is working at the USDA and is in charge to get your complain for the Oklahoma State. Please email her with address and all informations you have available and I am sure, she will send an animal investigator there. It will take time, but it should work. In any case, in this country only USDA is in charge officially for taking care of puppy mill Also, if you know any person working at a newspaper or TV, it is a good idea to let them know too.
