We bought a CCM bike for our son at CTC chemong rd. It fell apart in 15 mins,everything was loose. Our boy put a peddal back on and cross threaded it, they said no warrenty because he put it back on wrong. I told them no prob just order the parts so i can fix it. after going in circles with the girl on the phone and the so called bike builder they said i had to get parts from the supplier. Called them and they say call the store back, they dnt supply parts to customers of CTC. Called the store back and asked them to order parts again, manager said we had to come in and put a deposit on the $20 part so they could order it.
I called a real bike dealer in peterborough and they said they have the part and will not charge us and put it through the warrenty on the bike.
CTC Chemong Rd sucks.
