This is directed to the auther Lad Scott "The other story--the truth from another patient". I took a little time to look into your company scottgroup.org and found interestingly enough that it actually does not exsist. It may in your mind in spamaland. The company page states it has been in exsistance since the seventies but your spanish linkedin page shows it was created at and near the time "MexicanDentist" posted the warning about Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry.
Seeing that Camile Arzate is the marketing manager for her brother dr. Arzate and creates websites for a living I find it hard to believe that wee Lad Scott is real. There is so much more that I found but I will leave it up to the public to do thier due diligence and investigate this rave review and weigh the likley hood themselves that it maybe just another attempt at false advertising by this unethical clinic.
Best wishes, to all the innocent people paying to correct dr.Arzate's botched dental work!

We are an American family that had a bad experiance with Dr Arzate of Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry. We paid thousand of dollars fixing his dental work. That clinic removed almost all the complaints about them including ours. They cant be trusted!
Seeing all the new complaints on the internet shows us they have not changed at all since they ripped us off too. I do NOT reccommend Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry or any aka they go by.

Have a look at another complaint by dental tourists www.Realself.com look up "Cancun Cosmetic Dentist Complaints veneers/crowns" and also see the Youtube video made by Pete Macmullin. Do not go on these dental trips alone pick a travel medical company. It wont cost more and you will be at little safer. Looks like this place needs to be scratched off your lists. Go somewhere safe and take the advice of these people complaining about Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry, Cancun Top Dental, and Miracle denture clinic. All the same dentists/clinics by the way. Please pass this information on to others thinking about going to that clinic. Support those that are trying to warn you. They have nothing to gain other than to save you from the same fate.

I do not believe the person posing as a patient is real. This is just my observation. I have been looking into dental work abroad and have come across several suspicious 'good' reviews in regards to this clinic Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry and Dr. Arzate. I do hope that others like myself will be carefull and explore the possibility that a dental clinic in Cancun Mexico has allot of complaints for good reason. I was able to trace this clinic to a Global Canada news report that warned traveling patients about this dentist.

I am not sure what your agenda is, nor do I actually care. A few weeks ago, I made an appointment for a complete mouth makeover. Shortly thereafter, I read your report and I cancelled my appointment. Then, I remembered how often people use the Internet to air their grievances, founded or otherwise. I pulled up my big boy pants and rescheduled. What I had done included: 9 root canals, 4 extractions, 13 crowns, prep for 3 implants and a sinus bone graft. This represents approximately $55,000 USD had I done it in the US. I paid $17,600 to Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry (CCD). Next to pharmaceutical drugs, dentistry is the biggest ripoff in the US or Canada. It is unconscionable.
I cannot say enough positive things about CCD. Not only were all of the people I interacted with highly professional, they were caring and compassionate beyond reason. I have never experienced anything like it in Canada or the US (I am a dual citizen). Am I a plant? Absolutely not! Here is my company website. http://www.the scottgroup.org. 'Read the testimonial section.' You will know the names of those offering feedback about me and know that I am not a liar. My contact information is in my website. Feel free to call me if that would make you feel more comfortable.
Those considering using the Internet to help them make good decisions should always remember that not everything you read is true. People use it to get back at others and that makes the Internet as dangerous as it is wonderful. Do your own due diligence and remember that you need to weigh the information you gather. Best to you!
