We went to the bank to take out some money, and I was
shocked to find out that money came up missing.
The bank could only give us the print out with the
name and phone number of the people that took it out.
the phone number we have is busy all the time.
I would like for someone to explain to me how could
someone just go into our account without permission
and get money.
