Capital First Bank Thieving bastards! Miami Florida
I went for their "free trial" and they only wanted my check number "incase i decided to go for the plan".. then i said no and they said to return all the stuff..which i did, then the next day they took out more money UNAUTHORISED! this was 4 months ago now (today is sept 25th, 02) and i still am being lied to daily in my phone calls with them!
as i sit here and write this i am again on hold with them and am sure they will only lie to me again.
2 weeks ago they said that they would do a wire transfer of the funds back into my acct... to which they havent done and im getting soooo sick and tired of them!!! LAWSUIT!! SOMEONE PLEASE START A CLASS ACTION SUIT!

I too was ripped off by this company. I posted my first rip-off report on 9/5/02. I visited an attorney to see what could be done to get my money back. I posted a new rip-off report on 9/17/02 with that information. Check the reports for that date, I hope the info helps
