I was most definately ripped off by Capital First Master Card. I was called at least three times by this impersonal unprofessional corporation. I was offered a credit card with a $2500.00 limit.

They took my personal information, tranferred me to different departments and even varified my personal information. Captial fisrt went on to provide me with a customer service number, account number, my own personal agent named Andre Miller, and even a cancellation number should I not hear from them in 3-4 weeks.

The phone number they provided is busy, not just 9a-5p but 24/7 as I have tried numerous times of the day.

These masterfully deceitfull menstruation are meant to give you a false sense of security. They are only professional charlitians, providing empty promises to innocent single mothers such as myself.

I will try to get my $ 29.95 back which was deducted from my checking acct. And I plan to fight until I get my money back!!'

This company has hit me for a total of $189.95.-- 29.95, 59.95 and 99.95 respectively. I tried with out success to contact a supervisor at the company but just kept getting transferred and got NO soluitions. This company breeched a verbal contract firstly by withdrawing money out of my account be fore the agreed date. secondly and thirdly they did not send me ANY correspondence and withdrew 59.99 and 99.99 also with out my permission. I suggest that you call the FTC at 877-382-4357, the FBI in Waco TX at:(254) 772-1627 and the BBB in Miami FL at:(561)845-7234. good luck!

I was reading what happened to you. If they have your checking account or savings account number they will no doubtedly take more out. Call your bank and notify them that no further money should be taken out of your account and they can probably get the rest of your money back for you. but, do it soon.
