The name of the company is Capital First. They contact you by phone, offering you a credit card of $2500 limit. They advise a fee of $29.95 for processing. Then $59.99 and $99.99 for membership fee. They never delivered the card. Received run around for several months after the fees were taken from checking account. Now the "866-892-6015" number is giving only busy signal. Would like to attempt to get money back and warn others to not trust any offer that requires money up front. I knew this but wanted the card. Don't get scamed like I did.
