Maybe you can write to their other offices and bug them = ) 3939 W John Carpenter Frwy, Irving TX 75063 or at their customer call center (address it to Capital One for this location bacause this is one of their call centers through another company) 1721 Pioneer Parkway, Arlington Texas 76013
