Capital One is not a good company and it took them months to stop sending me pre approved apps. I do not have an account with them and never will. But you have made a big mistake. NEVER let a company like that attach directly to your checking account. Most will not stop at the aggreed amount, and you will then have to FIGHT to get your money back. Also I have s firm rule, pay for what you owe, NEVER pay for what you do not owe. Sounds like an IF theft problem, go to www.privacyrights.org and read up on what to do. And get capital one to SEND you proof of the purchase or loan, they say you did. Don't let them get away with it. Good luck.
