Capital One Bait and Switch on Ultra miles card ripoff Salt Lake City Utah
Capital One's website says the "No Hassle miles ultra" card gives 2 miles for every dollar spent, but after I received the card (and spent$9,000) they only gave 1 mile per dollar, and they continue to not honor the offer which is still on their website. Numerous long and painful attempts to get help were frustrating and unsuccessful.
