Capital Vacations ripoff taking money from my checking account for about 15 months now. Saint Petersburg Florida
Capital Vacations have been taking money from my checking account for about 15 months now. When I saw Capital Fee on my account I thought it was my Capital One credit card.
Until I got to really looking at my account thinking the bank was double dipping my account, that is when I found out that this Capital Fee was another company. A company I have never talked to, dealt with in any way.
This company doesn't even have me living in Texas. They have some outragous address and home phone number for me.
When you call their 1-888-824-7675 it is nothing but a recording, no real people to talk to. The recording does give an web page to go to to contact them but the web page doesn't exist either.
How these people got my bank account number I do not know. I really hope there is something that can be done to these people.
