They are tring to collect a debt that was payed in full.
I am not sure what this debt is The only debt. I have ever had with citi bank was a persoal loan for which I used my truck as collateral and paid in full and received a paid in full statement.
How can I research the account number they refered to in the letter I received stating I owed 3,986.03?
The original creditor was citibank and capitol acquisitions and management company purchased from midland acquisitions corp this suposed debt.
Please if some one knows of a number or address for citibank that can confirm this account number please let me know.
Does any one know the address to send the certified letter of cease and desist.

I call CAMCO yesterday at this time they are trying to scam my in-laws. The address they gave for me where someone would sign a return receipt is 303 North Main Street, Rockford, IL 61101 Good Luck - I have only just begun this battle.
