As a suggestion, request copies of the documents that Capitol One used to investigate and deny your disbute. They have to provide you with copies of the documents when you request them. Also make sure that the disbuted charges were reported within the time frame required (I believe it is 60 days but you will need to check you charge account terms and conditions to be sure). Good luck.
