Captial Auto One Finance ripoff DO NOT EVER USE CAPITAL ONE FOR ANYTHING, READ THE SMALL PRINT Long Beach California
Capital One Auto Finance is a major rip off company. I was behind one payment due to 911. i made arrangements to defer that one payment to the end of my payments, I would have had the truck paid off in January.
The November prior to this I got a letter stating I owed 2 payments and they were due in 14 days or I would be charged the interest on a daily basis. No one at the company ever told me this I just figured I would be paying at the end of the agreement. Still to this day I have not recieved my title nor any paperwork stating that the loan is paid in full.
I have tried contacting them several times with no luck. DO NOT EVER USE CAPITAL ONE FOR ANYTHING, READ THE SMALL WRITING IN EVERYTHING THEY SEND OUT!!!! BEWARE...
