First I want to start by saying that I got ripped off, I had an appoinment with Rob at 4pm december 3, 2016 unfortunately he was already busy with a customer but before I went to this dealer I explained my situation to Rob over the phone but when I got there I was helped by two different sales girls I remember the name of only one of them Leyla the last girl that helped us and I had to explain my situation two more times, first they didnt have the SUV we wanted actually the color we wanted, since they didnt have it we opted for another color after 3 long hrs of waiting Leyla said we couldnt get it because the payments were too high I asked her a few times to show me the numbers which she didnt at last they sold a

car after waiting there for 6hrs my wife, my kids and I were already tired and wanted to go home, but I see that thats their strategy to sell cars, get customers tired and rip them off now that I check the numbers the car they sold us is way too expensive and is base car doesnt have any luxury what so ever, I dont care about any luxury, the car doesnt even have floor mats, and if possible maybe even hire a lawyer because I was never shown any numbers and Leyla would only go have way and back, my wife saw her a few times when I ask for the numbers, if we came here was because they have a 4.5 rating dealer and not to get ripped off, also Leyla said she would take the floor mats to my house which she

never did, but this wont stay like that, really 6hrs of waiting that is absurd, and how could they take advantage of customers like that, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYBODY, also on December 7th Layla called me, because Rob Caceres internet manager sales well they all claim to be internet managers, had sent me an email apoligizing for not helping me the day I had an appointment with him and I replied back to him telling him what I thought of car pros kia and Layla, so she called me and I told her that it was absurd and a rip off what she had done to us and instead of helping us she laughed and said I couldnt do anything about it, maybe she is right but they'll soon hear from me by placing negative

reviews everywhere I can and by complaining to a few departments I know about, PLEASE PEOPLE DONT GO TO THIS DEALER IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET SCAMMED AND RIPPED OFF. I also want to let you know that I have contacted the dealer to fix this with no success, not even a call nor anything I have been patient but my patience its running out, I want to mention that if you have a 10 year or 100000 miles warranty I got only a 7 year, cause from I what know that is what you mention on the tv commercial a 10 year or 100000 miles warranty, so what you advertise is false advertising? also they added the gap insurance to my contract without my permission and without asking me if I wanted it or not and they

gave me their own insurance without asking me about that either, my contract for a base car its outrages, as mentioned to you all I want is a resolution to this, I wanted to get the sportage for my family as a present for christmas, so please I really want to fix this issue, and also the I really dont want to, I acted in good faith giving Car Pros Kia the opportunity in contacting me to fix this, I will also wright my negative review about my experience of Car Pros Kia everywhere I can, I also want to tell you that Layla one of your salespeople called me and told me that I couldnt do anything about it that I m stuck with it maybe she is right, but I wont stay quiet, so please lets fix this matter, I hope you understand my situation and contact me to find a solution to this.

Really? There were no numbers on the Bill of Sale or on the financial agreement? Will the dealer be able to present your lawyer a contract containing the agreed upon cost and your signature?

Where were those numbers? Did they suddenly become visible after you left the dealership?

Did you read the contract before you signed it?

The 10-year/100,000 mile limited powertrain warranty is for new vehicles. Did you purchase a new or used vehicle?

Your complaint appears to be more of a case of buyer’s remorse combined with your failure to read the agreement prior to signing. Specifically, what is the rip-off? What is the scam?
