Career Experts A Sister Mary Joseph stated that they had a 85% success rate finding a job for you and to get your resume updated for $100/150/200. Internet
I answered an ad on Craig's List regarding an Executive Assistant position. I received a long email from a Sister Mary Joseph asking me to send them my resume. I then receieved an email stating my resume was getting negative remarks from their clients and that I needed to get it updated through them for a price of $100/150/200 and they could guarantee 85% success rate on getting me a job within a few days to pay back the resume price.
I did get the $150 resume done and it was sent back to me within a day, but I have received nothing from this company and when I email to ask, it is like a canned statement that she doesn't know why I haven't heard anything but that they couldn't respond for their customers - it depended on them. She would check on it and see what she could do.
I still have heard nothing and I have to prompt any kind of response I get from her or them (whoever they are). I didn't really have that $150 to spend to get nothing in response, so I am out $150 and feel like I was a fool. I think Craig's List should block this person from their website - they are scam artists and it has also made me not even want to use Craig's List anymore. I just want my money back.
