Carleton H. Sheets The Profesional Education Institute ripoff - Beware of TV ad Wood Dale Illinois
The Profesional Education Institute Carleton H Sheets offer on TV CD for 9.98$ with information about program they offer. About year ago I order this program and they never send it to me. My Credit Card was charged and They kept my money for long time. After some time I call them and I got my money back.
This year I ordered this same program and instead I got big box with material. I never got CD what I order and pay for. It was wacation time when I got this box. I was away from my home and I didn't have time to open it. When I got Credit Card Statement I find out double charges for 87.73$ from Carleton Sheets. I call them and I discovered that they send me one of their courses value about 500.00$.
I was very surprised because I did not order anything than CD for about 10$. Next day I send them back all material in the box. They charge my Credit Card for it and I call them to return my money back. They told my that they will charge me for this course anyway. I never gave my permission to charge my Credit Card for course which I never order. The peoples in Customer Service are very rude, using bad words and hanging phone. Till today I did not received my CD but they keep my money. I want them to credit charges for the course I send them back . The Carleton H. Sheets refused to give my money back.
I believe it is rip-off.I want to get my money back and I wish this Company will learn how to treat consumers right way.
