Do you have a veterinary degree that can substantiate that the dog got sick from eating the food at CJ? I think your resume excludes veterinary medicine. Now, before you respond by saying "I don't need one" - you do, or you need another veterinarian who can substantiate that, and you'll never get that. Without that substantiation, you aren't going to get anywhere on a claim for food poisoning. When everyone in the restaurant gets sick, generally there are several doctor reports that tie the cause and effect wth great accuracy. You cannot so that with the dog. Accordingly, they would not be liable under any circumstance to pay the medical bills. It is that simple. Your unemployment situation, while sad, is not relevant. It does not engender the sympathy you seem to hope for with your claim.

I meant to say that I was not angry for not getting employment as my resume clearly states; that I have 26 plus years in the industry of restaurant business. I went to another CKE across town to eat and that is where I got tainted food. I was embarrassed to return to the store I had applied at. The managers were twenty years younger than I. And I thought that their body language was sort of like ballerinas that crash into each other. Actually, three of them were a bit disheveled and two of them looked like they slept in their vehicles all night. I wasn't sore at all for not getting hired. I had previously rented to one of their goofey truck drivers in Fullerton for two years and he had bad credit. So I gave him a break, and rented a granny cottage to him. What I was trying to say is that if there really 100% grilled beef patties you can give them to your canine. The canned dog foods are full of wheat, starches, soy and dairy. They cause yeast, otitus externa deposits in ear canals. Lamb & carrots have sugars that turn into starch which is bad for dogs. So I disagree, I asked my veterinarian and I put complex B and pyrodoxin 6 and Iron supplements on the beef and chicken I give to my animal. He is 8 years old soon. I also cook for him but when I eat out it has to be fast food because I have a busy life. The main issue was that the corporate claims office decided to go to a quick reference law library and got back to me the next day about the issue. They were rude and my feelings got hurt, I thought they were saying that because the whole restaurant would have had to order exactly the same food item and become ill at the same time; that was the reason they were not going to have their insurance step in and have us go to our physician. We had three kinds of antacids to select from and were in the middle of Big Sur State Park before we all just crunched in agony. I later told them that my dog had medical insurance and they said, "we do not cover dogs. That statement could have referred to us as well. So their lost in translation has capabilities that's all. I went to Introduction classes of Para legal and legal writing classes at FJC before I moved to Santa Barbara. And to the writer who knows about dogs, you may be right about finding the correct canine food. I personally was devasted by PetPlace.com web site and the info it gives on products in animal foods. However, there are people who cook for their animals. I merely believe that if I pushed a hot dog cart down the street with all my money invested into it, and built an empire by working deligently everyday as Carl Karcher did that the restaurant honor its customers and not make them feel embarrased for complaining about getting ill after eating there. It had nothing to do with me getting a management position there or not. I just thought if I did not tell the corporate claims office that I had applied at another store previously, they might find out anyway. My last name is unusual. I apologize for bad writing last evening I was tired. After my de - greasing, de - briefing The Corporate should have paid for us to see a physician, only one of us has medical insurance at 700.00 a month through the school district employees union. And our dog has a VPI carrier that is 580.00 a year. I am without medical coverage for eight years now. So if I get sick I know where it came from, when, and how. The ripoff was that they should have paid for medical followup and apologized.

Here is a hint in writing future reports..stay FOCUSED. I have no idea what you are upset at. Are you upset that - You were only applying for a Part Time Job - They wanted you to fill out a Paper Application - That you didn't get the job - That you talked to corporate and they said they move managers around - You saw a guy smoking outside - Your dog can't eat soy, wheat or gluten - You got sick after eating a hamburger - That you had pet insurance - Or are you upset at Disney By the way if you are saying that you feed him "people" food because of the ingredients in canned dog food you are causing your dog more harm in the long run. They do have dog food for dogs with special diet needs. Any average sized pet supply store should have what you need, if they don't then your vet also should have some for sale.

Near as I can tell, the new company did not offer you a job. You then claimed to get food poisoning from their food, but since you had no proof it was denied. Of course they aren't going to pay for your dog. They sell food for humans, if you got indigestion off of it (which you said you treated with tums, so that rules out bacteria) your dog probably did too. Additionally, any food borne illness takes time to incubate. You will not get sick the same evening you eat the food. Perhaps you should not be feeding your dog human food, ask yoru vet if you should be feeding a dog hamburgers from Carl's Jr and I'm sure he will tell you no. Your vet can supply you will supply you with nutritious food for your animal that fits the dietary requirements you have. In short, stop being an irresponsible pet owner by feeding your animal garbage.
