Carol Anne Waters, LPC Carol Waters Lied, falsified report and statements, ruined custody battle San Antonio Texas
Mrs. Waters is completely biased and dishonest. She was extremely rude to my husband and his family when interviewing us and doing her home studies. She gossips left and right about other cases and describes and she purposely ruins other parents’ cases if she doesn’t like something. She is beyond biased and degrading.
Many times during our home studies she would gossip about the other parent and how "horrible” they’re doing and then turn around and tell the other parent the same exact thing about us. She disregarded all of our attempts to show proof of our concerns with the other parent and bluntly told my husband that he has no chance in winning anything and that he’s absolutely ridiculous for thinking he could get more time with his daughter because "Texas is such a mom state”.
She lied in her report about my husband and the other parent. Example; Mrs. Waters stated that the mother has held a job and is very stable. Lie. The mother hasn’t had a job since November of 2017 and she is also on probation which requieres her to have full time employement and the mother used that part in carols report to prove to her probation officer that she is indeed working.
Carol made false statement about my husband and myself and made the other parent look like the overall best parent and option even though we sent her so much proof stating otherwise. She also brought in random people that had no relation to either one of us and had nothing to do with our case and pressured me to answer questions about the person as well as lied to me and the report stating that my husband has had affairs with this random person even after we sent her proof and statements that there was no possible way.
My husband is a good man very hardworking and has done everything in his power for his kids and Carol completely destroyed him in her biased report. She cost my husband thousands of dollars and his battle. We are devasted. Meanwhile the other parent continues to neglect the child. We were treated very poorly by Carol Waters. I hope no parent ever has to deal with her bs.
She brags about being second in line in court and boasts about how the judge only cares about her opinion. She refused to look at our proof and references. I hope that something is done about this joke of a case worker. She has ruined enough families. And has done a great injustice to my step daughter. She needs her license taken away for good!!!

How could a social study be done and not uncover incidents earlier reported to the police? Answer: Carol Waters specializing in writing fiction and does not do a real investigative study. How much more will the State of Texas allow this to continue? How many other non-studies has this person done and her work does not make the news?

Anyone taking Carol Waters' opinion as far as children and child custody, should rethink this. I really believes that she does not do her job and uses fiction to fabricate the outcome she would like for whatever reason. I know of one case where she recommended the father custody (a felon) and the child ended up in foster care in another state. The mother was devastated and was working to get her kid back to Texas and out of foster care. All of this precipitated from the recommendation and evaluation of Carol Waters.
Who knows how many other kids' lives have been severly impacted or ruined by Carol Waters and her incompetence. At this point, I am uncertain if it is with malice or not, but all of Carol Waters' work she has done for the state she be re-examined. That the State of Texas is using the hogwash in her fictional reports as a basis to affect custody is shameful...possibly legally liable.
