Mrs. Waters worked on our case study in 2014.
She visited with both family homes and talk to the children. As she met with the families and did her analysis of the family and homes. She gave many opinions, and was very unprofessional when visiting. She talked about the other parent and what a good person he was and how she felt that the child should be with him. I told her what was going on in the house and my daughter tried to tell her how she wanted to live with me and all the issues happening in that house and how she felt she was in danger. She called my daughter a liar. She didn't verify any information or background of the parent. I was called bi-polar and she did not verify medical records she wrote it in her report, as the other parent stated. information is not true.My child was 12 turning 13 and able to make that descision and yet called my daughter a liar when she tried to explain the circumstances at her fathers house. She made several statements that the judges side with her desicions 80% of the time, and that her husband is a very well known lawyer in san antonio. The father had a long criminal record and I did not, she sided with him. I told her about his record and she didn't believe me nor did she pull the records to verify his trouble with the law. She wrote many things in the case study report that were not verified and she made it very clear to me that she sided with the father. I told her facts don't lie.
She spoke of other cases studies she did and how she won all of them and she was in control. She is a danger to many cases if the court continues to use her.I would warn anyone that is issued this lady in court to do your case study. She is very dishonest, does not record or verify information she writes in her report. I reported her to Bexar County and nothing has been done. I sent a letter to Nico La hood district attorney and no answer. Take note that if she is issued to your case, deny her and have someone else appointed to your case. Prewarning to all. I had to pay her on my second appointment $500 for lies to be told and to feel like an unfit parent. I did win my daughter...because facts do not lie. I won't see my $500 back but having my daughter was all worth the tragedy Mrs. Waters tried to destroy.

I had the same experience with this woman. She made a difficult custody case unberable through her unprofessional conduct, disorganization, disparagement and flat out lies. I had the same experience with her talking about other cases non-stop. I cannot believe how bad she is at her job, and can only hope people will see these reports and run the other way if their attorney recommends Carol.

I really do not see how anyone objectively reading her work cannot see the bias. I am not upset about getting a bad report, it is how she excluded the good and augmented what might be negative. She did no references check. How is this a study? In my opinion, legal professionals that use her services are suspect also.

I had exact same issues! I wonder if there is any way we can get together and file something against her? THis is absolutely horrible that she is allowed to do these things!
