Carrie White ripped off my money for college Anderson, California
This has happened to me a total of 8 times now with the thieves at Bank Of America. As a hard working full time college nursing student I need every penny that I get. I deposited a $463.00 financial aid check and a $49.00 check into the ATM machine on September 16 (which happens to be my birthday)!!!
I received a notice that my deposit was $49.00 short. Then when I called to find out why, they said that my deposit was short $493.00!!! WHAT? This proves that they, at one time, had both of my checks.
When this was investigated by their "so-called" investigators, they said that there was no check for $493.00 and that it was an error I MADE!!!!! At this time my account balance is NEGATIVE $396.00 and I have no money to live on or pay bills with because of this stupid bank and THEIR mistake (NOT MINE).
Currently I have to live like this until I can get a new check issued to me which will take who knows how long.
I am going to report this to the Better Business Bureau and who ever else I can. They cannot keep doing this. I am struggling enough without their help!!!!!
