CARS IV Bad Salesman, Bad Car Sales,Bad Customer Service. All Over TERRIBLE Mccomb Mississippi
I purchased a vehicle. Not under the so call 30 day warranty my husband had to make 2 trips from Louisiana, In which is a 2 hour drive to take it back to get a oil leak fixed. They Lie!! They ask the customers to lie to get the quota that is needed for their company.
They don't offer an extended warranty, because they don't have one.
One weekend my husband was driving to work in my car the car killed in the middle of him driving and started to coast, he had to coast it off the road into a parking lot and every since that day the car hasn't worked at all.
I haven't driven my car in a month. I had a mechanic look at it and found out its something wrong with the motor a DEFECT in the motor. He told me they would have to take the motor out to see what the problem is. I called them and spoke to someone there; he said we would have to pay a tow truck to bring it there NO COMPENSATION!!! Also pay to get it repaired as well. Now I am stuck in a loan with no dependable vehicle. They had an attitude like it was my fault that they sold me a bad car.
