Purchased used vehicle and purchased 3 year service protection. First claim for a tow C.A.R.S. did not have a policy
for me - claimed denied, claimed dealership did not send in the money. Second claim do not cover clutch repair - claim denied . Third claim adjustor told the repair shop it was a design flaw. I checked with Mitsubishi to see if there was a recall - no recall. Called Customer Service, Diane told me no the report says apparently there was a previous repair and they (C.A.R.S.) decided the repair wasn't done properly. I believe corporate decided "design flaw" may be a possible lawsuit.
