Carson Smithfield LLC Ripoff - fraud - rude Woodbury New York
And yet another ripoff agency! Got the letter from them on 10/21/13 and didn't get a call until February of 2014! They're saying that I owe a bill that is to my knowledge (again) paid off! The man that called wanted (again) all sorts of personal information; which I wouldn't give.
I proceded to contact the company that Carson says I owe the bill to and to this date 4/29/14 I have yet to hear anything from them.
I figure if a collection agency is going to call me then they should have the information that they need and not ask or harrass a person for anything at all. And they should never threaten someone to try to get money out of them. This company has somany complaints against them; some people have even filed reports with the FCC.
