Cary Lackey Esq harassment, failure, ripoff, criminal, lacking Phoenix Arizona
This is a criminal defense lawyer who lies. He lies to companies to get his name off any consumer website so people cannot find out about him. He is a horrible lawyer and a predator. He is dishonest and will take money and not fulfill his promises. He is inappropriate with clients and dishonest about who he is. I believe he is a sociopath disguised as a criminal defense attorney.
Mr. Lackey represented me on a case that would have been thrown out WITHOUT REPRESENTATION. I didn't need a lawyer in the first place.
He continously harassed me and other women associated with him. No woman is safe around him. The lecherous things he said about colleagues disgusted me and he continued to be inappropriate even when asked to stop. He insists I am "psycho" even though all I am trying to do is warn other people about his manipulation and con man tactics. I may file a sexual harassment suit against him if another woman doesnt beat me to it.
At first he befriended me and I thought he was an easy going guy who was friendly. Little did I know what an act he puts on for people. He even told me a story once about turning one of his friends into the police behind his back just to seewhat would happen. Since the allegations were false I am assuming nothing happened. He has threatened to bring false charges against me if I go public with my experience.
I tried to get a criminal defense attorney and he has told so many people my name and that I am "psycho" that the few attorneys I called would not take my case. He even bad mouthed me on his facebook page talking about me with other lawyers claiming I was his "ex". He has told so many people lies about me that people at MY job have warned me that there are rumoprs going on about me that cant possibly be true. This guy is bad news and has reported me for "crimes" I havent committed. Needless to say the police arent contacting me because there is zero proof. He even threatened me with this
police report he made that HE GAVE me so now I have the report he made about me to the cops. It is so obnoxious.
As a woman I would suggest you stay far away from this lawyer. Anyone should. He does not have boundaries and has slept with clients and will try to sleep with anyone. He needs help and should not practice law.

I hope there is someone who will control him. He exploits and sleeps with clients- and each one thinks they are unique. He lies to clients as well and charges them unnecessary fees. He think he is above the bar. He makes false police reports about women who have broken up with him. He tells everyone about the personal things about every client and girlfriend he ever has. I know way too much about his clients- he even has told me about the ones he sleeps with. He picks out very young vulnerable women - he has sent me pictures of one of the gals. Poor thing. This man is a sociopath and he thinks its funny to disclose information- I have an email from him explaining how he was going to send provacative photos of one of his clients that she took for him around to all of his office mates so he can have a good laugh. He has tried to have me fired and I have had to make a few assault reports because I am willing to say something. I took back the original report after he lied to me and told me he thought he was wrong and he was getting help. Within a week he was cursing me out on the phone and sleeping with a client again. FOr a year he has sent me various information about what he does and thinks it is funny that I think he is wrong. He has threatened my life numerous times and finally we aren't speaking. I don't know why he enjoys doing any of this- and I hope someone will intervene who respects the law enough to not let someone exploit it for his own benefit at the expense of women who are scared and vulnerable.

I was angry and made some accusations that were unfair. I take this back- I unfortunately cant erase it even thlough I was wrong.
