The rep at no time asked me relative to account status and he Most Certainly Did State that he could not unlock the phone hence the offer of 65.00 went to 25.00. This was the ruse they used to lower offer. Whoever in the company wrote rebuttal that CDMA's cannot be unlocked and that is not a factor. Neither is the account. But they factored this in to my situation lowered the offer anyway. Not a fair or honest way to do business. Vincent was the rep who said he would not wait in a line queue for Credo to unlock phone. If this is not a factor, WHy The Lower Offer? Makes no sense to me. If not a factor, should not have been a big problem. 65.00 should have been sent and deal would have been done with no complaints.
Vincent wrote me several unprofessional and curt emails before I questioned him about the phone. It seemed their turnaround time as pretty long. If they had just honored the quote as I represented the phone correctly and did not use these excuses that the boss says aren't a factor, we wouldn't be here.
The last email sent to Vincent reflected this as the company I am dealing with now does not utilize these tactics to substantially lower offer and Vincent asked me if I was "High". Unprofessional company would advise against doing business with.

We received Blackberry phone from this guy and we are unable to verified with Credo mobile if is any unpaid balance or if phone has not been stolen. We do not ask for any unlocking (impossible on CDMA phones).We revise our offer and new offer has been decline by customer. As it stays in our policies we ship unit back to our cost with all accessories and in the same condition.
Week later we received this email: Have not received my my blackberry back yet are you thieves too.
Reply back with proof of delivery and received other insult. In that point, our employee picks up a fight and writes back if he is high. He should not do it and I tell him this is unacceptable and I will not tolerate this again. I just do not understand why this guy posts this on Ripoffreport site. We do not rip off anything; we pay,for shipping and insurance both ways.
