 Placed an order for a 2011 harley Sportster xl trike conversion kit on January 17,2017. According to sales lady the kit would be shipped in 3 to 7 days from payment. 3 weeks later I was still being told tomorrow you will get your tracking numbers. I finally call their bank where I was asked to wore transfer my 4795 dollars. 2 hours layers I got my tracking numbers and a nasty attitude for calling the bank. Still over a month later I have not received the wheels,rims,or light nuts. And they are playing the same name. They mention their son is a police officer. And the owner stated he's not worried about me.

The company and the customer maintained contact nearly daily, sometimes more than once a day during the order process as production was taking longer than originally anticipated.  The company shipped a partial shipment including the entire kit and the contents needed to install it but as we don't manufacture wheels and tires, we are at the mercy of any backorders from the supplier for the additional items on the order.  Unfortunately, we were awaiting a delayed shipment of these for this kit.  We've received the shipment from the supplier and subsequently shipped the balance of the order to the customer.  We believe we've sent a great product and have received such confirmation from the customer in online and thank you card formats.  We are sorry this process took longer than anticipated but we tried to resolve it as soon as possible.
