My husband and I signed a contract for Castle Resorts to represent us to rent/sell our Las Vegas timeshare. With a guarantee in writing of refunding our deposit, $1285.00 Marketing fee.
They will NOT give it back or call us or write us. We reported them to the Florida Attorney General for investigation.
