Caswell Resources Evicted Due to Caswell resources New York New York
My name is Arthur and I too have been ripped off by theis company.I was contacted by Ashley porter who said that I was approved for a $5000.00 loan and all I needed was to send them 900.28 for insurance. I was given western union information to send the funds and I did because at this time,my family and I really needed the money.
I called Ms.Poeter and advised her that I had sent the funds and she told me that the funds would be available on the next business day into my bank account that I had supplied her the account number. To my surprise there was no money in my account. I called the company and spoke to Ms.Poretr who said that due to my credit issue I would have to send them an additional fee so stupid me sent them additional funds.
It has been 2 weeks and no money and to top it off,their phones are not working. I will be evicted rom my home on Monday Dec 24,2007 and my wife does not know. I ahve placed my family in this situation and I have nothing to show for it. There will be no Christmas for my children and I am so ashamed because I should have known better.
I want this company to pay and I am looking very high and low to get all my funds returned to me but I know it will not happen.I am in tears as I type this report because I do not know what to do and we will be out of a home come Monday Dec.24th,20007.
