Cat's Meow Ripoff! SCAM! LIARS! IDIOTS! Internet
I went on this website to order buy one get one s&h cat toy. Total was only supposed to be $36. Welllll this company does not even let you review the order before its charged to your card. Got to the end and it doubled my price and order!!! $72 for cheap a*s cat toys! NO THANKS!
I IMMEDIATELY called customer service and was told I needed to wait for an email with an order number. Got that then was told it takes 3-4 hours to "download" the order before they can do anything about it and to call back. Well by the time I called back they said it was already SHIPPED!!! WTF!!!!
I was offered $10 off of my order or told I could pay for shipping to return it when I receive the item that I NEVER WANTED in the first place!!!! Slept on it and decided F THAT!!! Called back and this time was told its already in shipping. I have a tracking number, I can CLEARLY see it has NOT been shipped yet. Funny how the website says it takes 2-3 weeks to ship and 2-6 weeks to receive the order yet when I want to cancel it has MIRACULOUSLY been shipped 24 hours later... BULLSH*T!!!!
I eventually called my bank to try to get the order cancelled and there was nothing to be done. Finally after the 5TH person I talked to the best I got was $15 off which will be refunded to me within "3-5 days"... Lets see if that ever happens!!!
Needless to say, I will NEVER recommend or buy SH*T from this company EVER AGAIN! They need to go out of business!!!! I would return the items but don't even trust I would get my money back from these SCUMBAGS!!!! FUMING MAD!!!!
