I received the same CCA card - after I called and was given the rubber stamp approval. Did everyone else have approvial code 852-234596779 and the funky First National Card 1 expiration 04/04? Well CCA reluctantly gave me their mailing address the pob - when I said no address, no checking account info ... I got 1050 East Sahara Las Vegas NV 89104 Oh - they didn't get my checking because I never gave them my checking. God this feels good to get pay back.... fool me once shame on you... fool me twice, shame on me ---- no shame here today! Good Luck Folks

I am another one of the people that Consumer Credit Alliance has ripped off. After the bank said that there was nothing they could do to recover my money, I began to be a little suspicious. That was almost $300 taken from my account. The funny thing about it is the fact that when they took the 1st $99.99 it was under one company and because they could not withdraw whatever amount they wanted too, they went back into my account twice and deducted $99.00 each time under different company names each time. Needless to say, I was very upset that the bank that I chose to protect my money was just as helpless as I was. On a later date I called the company who had by then sent me a catalogue. They gave me the run around an eventually I told them I would like to cancel. They had no problem informing me that my money would not be refunded. I have not purchased any merchandise nor have I seen a credit card. I am in the process of changing my checking account and moving it to a new bank. As a matter of fact, it would be better to have a safe built in at home because you cannot even trust even your bank to cancell the checks. I called them this morning (1-800-277-7056) and they did not even have my information on record. They then told me to call 1-800-760-4045 needless to say that too was a dead end. I do think that we should all find a lawyer and try to recover our money or if not, stop them in their tracks. A lot of unsuspecting people are being exploited and we need to do something.
