CCA Credit Services Division ripped off and scammed Las Vegas Nevada
I was just fresh out of Bankruptcy and I received a leter in the mail telling me that I was pre-approved for a credit card with this company that would help me rebuild my credit.
Well this company sounded comparable to FingerHut and the lady I talked to made everything sound so great! I agreed to have 199.99 taken out of my checking account. When I received my books I was so upset not only were the prices on this CHEAP looking stuff outrageous, but I had to pay a down payment on everything that I was going to buy.
I called up the company and after holding for about 30 min.
the man I talked to told me that I wouldn't have to pay a down payment on my orders he ask that I keep this program and told me if I had anymore problems and wanted to cancel that the company would refund my money.
Well about one month later I get a bill for 118.00 this infuriates me.
I called the customer care center back and after holding for about 30 minutes I had to argue with this woman about what was told to me by the man I talked to on my last call. She called me a liar and hung up on me.
Well, I immediatly called back and asked to speak to a manager. He told me that i was not telling the truth and said that they record all calls and that the previous lady didn't call me a liar. I asked to cancel my account and he told me I had to pay the 118.00 to get my account to zero before they could close my account.
Well it has taken me until about one month ago to take care of this matter(10 months) I have been out over 300.00 and I have nothing to show for it. This company has one more person to add to their list cause they SCAMMED this little lady and needless to say I am MAD and will take any measures to get revenge.
