This is a horrible, stealthy, bloodsucking company/madhouse that tries and succeeds in ripping off people around the country. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED! Even after cancelling the membership, they have taken more than $400 out of my account. I have repeatedly tried to cancel everything to do with that horrible business, but all they do is talk disrespectfully to me. I now have to close my account...that is the only way I can get them to stop charging me for all the things IM NOT BUYING!! I never ordered or bought anything from them, yet they still yank money out of my account monthly. They declare there is nothing they can do about it and i will NEVER get any money back. d**n BASTARDS!! Deana Houston, Texas

I am on a mission to put these guys out of commission, but we need to get the law to change or enact a new one cause there too many loopholes in the current one. Besides, the court already ordered them to comply with the current determination and yet they still operate. If I can help I will but I know that calling them does not good and they are already under a court order to stop these practices since 1999, and the court's rulings are being ignored.

Besides, the court already ordered them to comply with the current determination and yet they still operate. This company has sent me this card for about 5yrs now and I was going to activate, whenI called they told me that I ahd to have money in my checkin account and I didnt at the time and they told me to put money in and call them back when it was in there so I did and I never got a catalog or the benefits that were promised to me. I called and was put on hold for about30 seconds and then I got disconnected and then when I called back I still wasnt able to talk to anyone. The following week i called because I got statements in the mail that my bank had over charged me from them hitting the account more than once so they totally screwed up my bank account. They promised me a dental health plan, catalogs to shop all over the world and cash on demand i never got anything. I am totally pissed off about this and they need to be put to an end.
