I am new to this site, I read the rules but not sure yet, so if this is the wrong area to post this thread, please some mod move it where it fits!

We run several web applications, most of them hosted on custom private clouds, so I have experience with most hosting systems and this is not just a noob's complaint who can't use a ccontrol panel etc...

A news portal project with automated content that is based on WP came in, so I wanted to host on an environment different than the custom private cloudas we dont have cpanel and other facilities need to run optimally this, so I decided to find a shared hosting provider and here the nightmare begins !

At first, we gave a try on CCI Hosting, the experience was terrible. We did the mistake to trust them and prepaid for a year... At the very first day, their systems were always overloaded and speeds are terrible, after several tickets and chat hours lost, they said they will fix it...

Downtimes continued for every couple of days, until a week later, they put us a limit on resources, which didnt allow more than 10 visitors to view the site at the same time (!?) From that point, we kept losing every day money due to 503 service errors and seeked the exit... (we didnt use the services more than 15 days, maybe less)

We contacted them several times for a refund according to their policy (30 day money back), 

they kept ignoring us for several days, on chat and tickets.

After the 30 days passed without resolution, I opened another ticket, telling them it took too much time and now its time to do the reversal, else we would proceed through bank claim for refund.

They simply deleted all our tickets and now say we did not ask for a refund within the 30 days guarantee.

If this is not a scam, what is ???

Finally, this is not about the money, it is mostly a matter of honor, I dont like to be scammed, I hate it and I will do all that pass from my hands to cease scam operators.

What can I do to get my money back ?

Payment was PayPal and they dont accept refund claims for services ... Any ideas and suggestions are welcome, thanks for your time!
