CCS Credit Service Division ripoff dishonest fraudulent minipulative company took $129 from my account without me knowing liars Las Vegas Nevada
Back in Dec of 2002 i got this offer for what i thought to be a major credit card. I said yes i would like it. But then i was looking at it and found that it was not. So i called to cancel .
I thought everything was ok, until today 02/10/2003. I had a bank statement come in saying i was over drawn 129.00. I was floored. I went right down to the bank and they called this 800 # to find out who it was and lord n behold it was CCS credit service division.
They asked to talk to me., But before they would answer any questions they asked me alot of personal ? to make sure i was me ( what a laugh , not really ) they then said my account was activated December 11th 2002.
I told them i didnt know what they were talking about.they said well ma'am we have all your information right here. So i just got done telling them all my info and how stupid of me.
The one thing i dont understand is that i have no card no nothing and if it was activated Dec. 11th why is just now coming out of my account !!!!!! I wish i new how to get my money back plus the cost of the overdraw. They saw me coming thats all i can say.
