These are the dates I spoke to these people. 7-24-2006 I have tried several times in the past three days to call regarding my catalog and make some purchases. Only once did I get another and ultimately last live person. Now I just get recordings. The $99.99 has been collected from my bank. And I want it back!

I USED TO WORK THERE AND IT IS ALL WHAT IT SAY'S IT IS. I HAVE WORKED IN MOSTLY ALL OF THE DEPARTMENTS. I KNOW FOR ONE IN THE ACTIVATIONS FLOOR YOU READ WORD FOR WORD FROM A SCRIPT, THERE IS NOTHING HIDDEN FROM THE CUST. IN THE CARD SERVICES DEPARTMENT. ANOTHER SCRIPT HAS TO READ, THE CUST CALLS WANTING TO CXL. WHAT THEY DON'T UNDERSTANDS IS THAT WE HAVE TO DO OUR JOB AND READ WHAT IS FRONT OF US, IF WE DON'T WE GET IN TROUBLE. I'VE ALSO WORKED THE MONTORING DEPARTMENT, I'VE CUST. TRY TO SAY THEY CALLED TO CXL AND REALLY THEY NEVER DID(ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED AND MONTORED)(YES THEY ARE )PULLING UP EVERY CALL FOR THAT CUST AND LISTENING TO IT, TO WHAT REALLY IS GOING ON. ALL CHARGES MADE TO A CUST. IS MENTIONED TO THE CUST. THE 199, 99.99EA FOR THE BEN AND THE ANNUAL SPLIT INTO 2 PAYMENT AND 2 MONTHS(198.00) WELL I'M TRING NOT TO STICK UP FOR THEM BUT I KNOW HOW THEY ARE I USED TO WORK THERE. ALSO NONE CAN BE ON HOLD FOR NO MORE THEN 15 MINUTES THANKS MICHI
