CCS Credit Services ripoff They tried to get money out of my checking account, and bounced it $50.00! LasVegas Nevada
I was sent a CCS credit card in the mail. I was very excited because I had recently filed bankruptcy and wanted to rebuild my credit. I set a date for CCS to take the service fee from my account on Oct 29, 2003. I did not have the money so I called them and asked them to cancel. They would not, but they gave me a different date in which to pay the $199.00 fee, which was Nov 14th 2003.
Well they tried to take it on Nov 4th, but the money was not there and it bounced the check for $25.00. They did this twice for a total of $50.00 in bounce check fees. I was really upset about this and called and talked with Kimberely Daniels. She said there was nothing she could do about the overdraft charges, but she would lower my service fee to $129.00. It was due to be taken out of the account on Nov 14th, 2003, but has not been taken yet. Thank you all here at rip-off for the information concerning this business. I will call the bank tomorrow and stop payment on the check!
