Just to let you all know who is responsable behind this bts/Braddik telemarketing/ramada plaza resorts/imperial majesty cruise vaction scam, his name is Jeff Drutz. The main office for BTS is 8185 Yonge Street, Suite 203 Thornhill, ON, L3T 2C6 They also own a company called showsmart www.showsmart.com I use to work for bts for 2 months and learned alot from there managers. Trust me, everything bad you hear is true. Sorry, I forget there number, and even if I did remember there main number, they never answer the phone because too many people call and want to cancel so they just avoid the customer.

I am an ex employee of Bradik Telemarketing in Toronto..We called customers in "virgin" territories in UK, Ireland,and South Africa..for 898 us dollars that would be charged immediately to their cc and there is no cxl..the pkg sounded legit but too good to be true. I worked there for 4 days and was paid for only one..it seems this is the norm for this company..the vacation pkg includes 12 days at Ramada Plaza Resorts(not the ramada owned by cendant)as we were told..this vacation was for 4 people to enjoy...catch..4 people but only one room..sounds exciting dream vacation one room..cozy... They also say they are travel partners with Universal studios and walt Disney world..guess what any company can buy blocks of tickets but does not make them travel partners..i called both these orgin to check it out..and the link online for Ramada Plaza Resorts...surprize surprize..doesn't work..email comes back address unknown..when i worked there all the people that were on the phones were like me..just new...never stay more than 2 weeks..also ever time get a booking(make a deal)..they run cc as soon as they get the number then they give you 15$-30$..does this sound unusual to you?...put it this way..if something sounds too good to be true and the ones calling you say you can't call back to get this dream vacation and they will only get this one call...guess what...think about it..if they are legit you should be able to call back.. I'm really hopeing that cust that get calls like this read this...buyer beware.
