It seems you had an outbreak of parvo. There are too many reports with the pups being sold too close together. Does it happen on the way home or shortly after the new owner takes possession? Yes. Often. But not usually in numbers. That indicates a common exposure and at the seller's. You deal in pup's you risk parvo. It happens. No matter who you are, no matter what precautions you take, no matter how well you take care of your dogs and pups. It is also very concerning that you are apparently unaware that Tamiflu has been being used to good results as a part of the treatment for a few years now. Can you clarify the guarantee remark? I know plenty of people that have a guarantee that spans longer than 48 hours so saying NO ONE does it is a stretch at a minimum. It is in fact considered a warning sign if there is no guarantee or it is less than a year minimum (many are even longer) concerning life threatening/debilitating defects. Were you speaking about viruses only? Under what circumstances do you stand behind the dogs you sell and when is something your responsability? Do you breed the dogs you sell or do you sell other's dog's or both?

I sold this lady a puppy, which was a solid healthy pup, she emails exactly 1 week later to say that the pup was sick, somewhat like a heads up. I of course monitored the other pup a male, which i still have, and he still healthy and solid. he second email, she told me she was treating the pup and the vet was using a human flu med?? ( and now we find out the pup died, wonder why??) NO ONE will offer a health guarantee against parvo for more than 48 hours. It can be picked up at pet smart, the grocery store, the vets office and etc. a single shot offers NO PROTECTION thats why they are given as a series of 3, stating that the pup had never had a shot is simply a LIE. I have no idea how pups are treated or mistreated once they leave, but i must be doing something right if they are fine for 8 weeks while they live with me. I do hate to read about a pup dying, or getting sick, i do offer a health guarantee, but it cant be for 1 week or 1 year or a lifetime. most people fail to tell you what the pup was subjected to after purchase, rough handling, neglect, and living in an environment that has parvo in it.

After posting this earlier in the day I got a call from the vet that said my puppy had stopped breathing and her heart wasn't beating. We only had her for 3 weeks and 2 days. I have been reading over the paperwork that is given out and it makes me sick to my stomach what is happening to puppies. The worst part of all is that she didn't even have a chance from the beginning coming from there. I really hope that people read these articles before buying from this place or you too will be left with a very expensive vet bill and a broken heart.
