Celine Broecker Animal flipper/Hoarder/Scammer Fort Worth Texas
Celine Broecker, also Celine's Cats & Canines is Facebook famous & after being run off by animal lovers in the area, is now solely posting to Craigslist because people haven't caught on there. Here's a warning for you. DO NOT LISTEN TO A WORD THIS WOMAN SAYS. Her famous claims are:
○ She is a rescue. (False. SHE IS NOT. )
○She is a non profit organization pending, going by Celine's Cats & Canines. ( False. SHE ISN'T EVEN PENDING 501c3, WHICH CAN EASILY BE VERIFIED BY guidestar.org).
○She has autism which makes it impossible to obtain a job, therefore is currently pulling SSI. (BUT currently runs a dog grooming business that IS recognized by the State of Texas as a taxable business, including tax ID number, going by - you guessed it - Celine's Cats & Canines. This is blatantly allowing you- the tax payer- to pay her bills while she actually CAN and DOES work. Isn't grooming and petsitting a payable service? Yes. So it's a job she does just fine being autistic. This is a SCAM.)
○She never denies medical care to animals and gets them loving homes. (Please visit the Facebook page Tumbleweed: Justice for Tumbleweed m.facebook.com/Tumbleweed-Justice-For-Tumbleweed-1022511197772637/ and see the many, MANY examples of how this is absolutely not true. She has more kills in her name than ANYBODY in rescue or anybody period. She's broke and begs people to help pay for the animals she has now. If nobody donates, they either don't get taken to the vet or she starts crying on Facebook about how nobody helps. Does that sound like a person in it for the animals? And what do you think happens to the dog or cat if no donations come in, still?)
○ She puts all vet bills on Care Credit and has thousands racked up taking care of them. (Of all the pets she's killed, acquired, adopted out or currently has, Celine Broecker has NEVER provided one single vet bill to prove it. In fact, she's taken pictures of her Care Credit bill and it was so blurry, you could barely make out her name. That is NOT proof. And if they got care, how did 40 animals die?)
○She only took in old or very sick animals and that's why they died. (NO. She's killed a litter of kittens, healthy dogs -several, actually, some she claimed were aggressive when shelter staff that do temperment tests and are proficient in handling never noted aggression during the stay. Pictures are included on the Facebook page mentioned above.)
YOUR DOG OR CAT IS NOT SAFE AND NEITHER ARE YOUR TAX DOLLARS. Craigslist is her victim pool- until the people of CL stop her like Facebook did, she will continue to pretend to care to scam you of your dog, a donation, and your taxes.

The person who wrote this ripoff report is a busy body bully. I know Celine personally and she tries hard and works very hard to care for animals who are in need of are surrendered and no longer wanted. I know this because she took two cats that someone dumped at my house. She vetted them and found them loving homes. Shame on you for bullying Celine! Mind your own dang business. Karma is real and you'd do yourself justice by trying to help people instead of trying to tear them down!!! Move on!!! Shame on you!!!!!

Celine is a bonafied hoarder and abuser, evidence is located everywhere on her private facebook page and public postings. There is an investigation in the process.

Ms. Broecker has been doing this for approximately 8 years. Yet Fort Worth seem to clean up her messes while covering up this issue. They go as far to file false complaints against people speaking out against Celine. Ms. Broecker herself even commits false complaints and has threatened many with a lawyer.
All we want is for her to STOP obtaining more animals in her residency. Any animal she obtain winds up dead, runs away, or is returned to the shelter for euthanasia. This cycle needs to end.
