Issuee: xxxxx xxxxxx From Central Award Distribution Judge Div. Dear xxxxxx xxxxxx, I have been assigned to officially deliver this letter by means of primary postal carrier service. My name is Gustav Cuguenin, and I am trhe Senior Review Officer for Central Award Distribution, a certified prize number judging and declaration office located in Kansas city, KS United States of America. Blah blah blah blah... They stated that I had won 2,000,000.00. I read on and the letter stated that you will recieve a letter saying I needed to send them $14.89 for a beautiful facetated Crystal pendant. There is a required 14.89 due for delivery. Also for "Rush" delivery pay $3.00. They say you can pay by Cash, Money Order, or Check. Make payable to CAD. Also you have 7 days before dead line.
