It is 2 and a half years after your son and his girlfriend were taken to the cleaners. Where were you and your advice in 2005? Why didn't he have a copy of the contract after he signed it?

Just wondering if you had an update on your bad experience. I am a victim of Central Kia and was hoping for the name of an attorney who is familiar with Central Kia and their deceptive trade practices?

After several calls and messages left on voicemail to the finance department as well as to the operator requesting a call back from them in reference to this case, we received no contact from them. Matthew went to Central Kia yesterday, 4/17/08 and personally requested copies of his contract. I know they have them because the receptionist told me she looked it up and found it. He said that he waited for about 1 hour and got nowhere. He said he saw the woman he requested the copies from go into an office and came back saying the finance manager was too busy and there was no one to help him at that time. He also said there were many employees standing around doing nothing and he could tell he was being given the runaround. I have contacted the state bar of Texas and was referred to an attorney today who informed me that the statute of limitations for this type of case is 4 years so we still have plenty of time to file a lawsuit. This information is for other people who were also scammed by these crooks and might want to take action. This company needs to be put out of business!! I will keep you informed of our progress after we meet with the attorney next week.
